I am a
lifelong resident of Rockford, Illinois. I am married and have been for 11
years, with 9 children, and 5 grandchildren. My hobbies are fishing, and
music. I come from a long line of musicians, starting with my grandpa Orbie and
Uncle Bernie Dailey. Then there’s my Aunt Wanda and my cousins, Billy, Andy,
Judy, Sherry, Vicki, Patty, Rick, Tim, and many more. My inspiration came from
my mom (Sis) who always encouraged me and never told me I sucked even though I
knew there were times I did.
My son
Danny (Reggie) Winterland, I consider one of the best Bass players there is.
Mike Keller who is my brother is one of the best Drummers I had the pleasure of
playing music with.
I started
playing music 20 years ago with “Wanda Rae and the Country Charmers”, I then
moved on to Borderline, High Mileage, Sage Brothers, Short Circuit, North South
Connection and after being away from music for two years I’m back with Short
Circuit.
